International Orders
Casa Hermana is not responsible for any charges, taxes, or fees incurred from international shipments or Customs in each country; these charges are the client's responsibility.

All orders are processed and shipped through our delivery partners, DHL and FedEx. Shipments are made during Colombian business hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Casa Hermana will provide a tracking number once the order has been shipped.

Casa Hermana is not responsible for orders lost in transit.

Returns and Exchanges:
  • Returns: Products can be returned within 15 business days from the delivery date. Customers must notify our customer care team of their return request within five days of receiving their order.
  • Order Cancellation: Clients can cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing them by emailing infocasahermana@gmail.com.
  • Sale Items: Products purchased under the SALE category are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Defective Products: Defective products are those received damaged or with a manufacturing fault within 15 days of purchase. Products damaged from normal wear and tear are not considered defective.
  • Return Delivery Time: Returned or exchanged products must arrive at Casa Hermana's offices within seven business days of Casa Hermana accepting the return.

RETURNS:

The costs for order returns will be covered by the customer, including shipping, transportation, and handling.

Casa Hermana may not accept products returned outside the 15-day return window or may only be accepted for store credit.

Returns are accepted as long as the products have not been used or customized by the customer.

Full Price: Products bought at the full price can be returned for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days after the return is received.

Discounted Products: Products purchased at a discount (other than with a promotion) or on markdown will be considered final sales.

B. FINAL SALE:
All products considered final sale are clearly marked in the product description on our website; these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

C. CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations are only applicable when the order has yet to be closed and dispatched by Casa Hermana. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing the order.
